Nanoelectronic Adaptive Systems

چکیده

The advent of nanoelectronics originates (1) challenges in how to configure or “teach” self-assembled systems and (2) opportunities to integrate memory, digital and analog processing into extremely small systems for sensing and/or embedded computing. This paper describes initial ideas towards nanoelectronic adaptive systems that rely on ultra dense array-like structures to implement fault-tolerant intelligent sensor systems that integrate computing, sensing and memory.
